House Rules IN Zensus

A.- Breakfast is served in the restaurant area from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

B.- Pets are not accepted. In the case of assistance animals

C.- Children are not accepted since the place is designed for rest and, therefore, the facilities were designed for that purpose.

D.- Parking is private within the property and has no cost.E.- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, otherwise the guest will be subject to a fine of $2,500.00 MX pesos. There are specific areas for this.

F.- It is prohibited to remove towels from the property; if doing so, the guest will be subject to a charge of $250.00 MX Pesos per stolen piece.

G.- In case of damage (stains, breakage, burns, etc.) to "linen" (towels, sheets, bedspreads, etc.) of the rooms, the replacement cost will be: sheet $250.00, bedspread $1,200.00, bath towel $250.00, hand and facial towels $100.00

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellation period of 72 hours. No charge will be applied to people who cancel at least 72 hours before 18:00 EST on the day of arrival. Guests who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of arrival (or do not show up) will be charged the value of one night.
